What we collect

• Waitlist signups: your email address, and — if you confirm your spot — your name and phone number, plus the time you signed up.
• Contact messages: your name, email address, and the content of your message.
• Site analytics: anonymous, aggregated usage data (pages viewed, approximate region, device type) collected through Google Analytics only if you accept analytics cookies.

How we use it

We use your details to confirm your waitlist spot, let you know when HotSpot launches in your city, reply to your messages, and understand how the site is used so we can improve it. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertisers.

Cookies and analytics

The site works without cookies. Analytics cookies are switched off until you choose “Accept” in the cookie banner, and you can change your mind at any time by clearing your browser storage for this site.

Where your data lives

Signups and messages are stored in our managed database and sent to us by email. Access is limited to the HotSpot team. We keep waitlist details until launch plus a reasonable period after, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from waitlist emails using the link in any email we send. You can also ask us to see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by emailing Contact@hotspotne.com. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

HotSpot is intended for adults of legal drinking age in their province or state. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we update this policy we'll change the date above and, for meaningful changes, tell waitlist members by email.
